Shape the product vision, drive innovation, and lead teams to develop solutions that address business opportunities and create value for the organization. Manage the integration of digital product development and advanced analytic capabilities into the organization. Responsibilities: Travel Requirements This job requires travel up to 10% of the time. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service. Solid knowledge of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital solutions and trends, as well as data science space. Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies, managing data and tech solutions, industry standards and best practices. Extensive knowledge and understanding of the market, users, and landscape of digital products and applications. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with ability to transfer knowledge. Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and cross-functional team environment. Demonstrated experience managing complex data and tech projects, including linking and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and providing technical coaching of others. Extensive business, financial, technology, and data science acumen. Demonstrated experience applying critical thinking to the analysis of opportunities and making recommendations accordingly. Demonstrated ability to be results oriented with a bias for action; capable of meeting deadlines with attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Additional Job Information: Ideal candidates will have: At least 3-5 years of product development and product management experience, from strategy to execution to commercialization. Experience delivering technology solutions related to sales and marketing. Proven success in building, developing, leading and motivating teams with or without owning their performance reports. Expertise in data driven products, data science facilitation. Expertise navigating matrixed organizations and teams with proven success in leveraging the right people and resources at the right time for consistent and dependable delivery. P&L ownership and success focused on performance metrics with varying KPI’s for product roadmaps and portfolios. Expertise in SaaS, SaaP, DaaS and DaaP and affective iterative development lifecycles preferred, but not required.
Job Description: Primary Accountabilities Leads the development of digital and advanced analytical solutions across the organization. Leads cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver solutions that align with the company’s mission and strategic goals. Leads digital or advanced analytical solution integration including communication, implementation, and change management plans. Accountable for feature level KPI’s, and managing features or product(s) with a high degree of scope/complexity. Leads the development of product roadmaps and backlogs, outlining customer themes, epics, and stories that are prioritized based on short-term and long-term value delivery. Drives product development towards a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives, resource utilization, and technical feasibility. Recognized as an expert in own area within the organization; requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise; has a deep understanding of the business, financials, products/services, the market and/or needs and challenges of the customer. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective identifying new or utilizing existing solutions. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions and/or best practices.
