Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility.
*1.0 FTE is Full-Time, any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time, and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*
*Positions with an 'FTE' (full time equivalency) of .875 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical, dental and vision benefits. Positions with an 'FTE' of .5 - .874 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefits*
Shift: 1st shift 8 am-4:30 pm M-F, evenings and weekends as necessary
Define and implement testing strategy and framework including processes, phases, traceability, tools, and quality criteria to be used across simple and complex IT projects. Responsibility for the planning, management and co-ordination of all testing activities and evaluating risk potential during all stages of a project. Coordinate with project managers to set testing expectations and incorporate testing activities into initial project planning. Assist with identifying and documenting testing scope. Work with technical and operational resources to establish appropriate testing scenarios and provide instruction on proper script development. Define defect management, triage, and reporting procedures appropriate to the project. Ensure enterprise IT testing methodology is applied and adhered to consistently across projects. Manage testing application selection, implementation, and ongoing support. Enable test automation. Lead and mentor the testing team and designated testing resources. Other duties as assigned.
At least 5 years of IT test management experience is required
At least 3 years of IT test execution experience is required
At least 5 years of project management is preferred
Experience in testing enterprise level applications is preferred
Experience in test automation is preferred
Experience in leading testing across application, infrastructure, security, and facilities projects is preferred
Experience in leading testing across multiple geographic locations is preferred
Knowledge of computing principles normally acquired through a bachelors degree or related work experience..
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
Strong project management capabilities
Outstanding stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of change management
Able to facilitate large and complex testing planning sessions
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to prioritize, delegate, and execute in high-pressure situations
