Senior Advisor supporting Vice-President (Cost Consulting)
Client facing lead role on major programs
Cost planning and change order cost reconciliation
Construction oversight, reporting and coordination
Document control, contract administration, and owner liaison

Critical to your successful application will be a commitment to team work, continuous learning and flexibility in undertaking a broad range of assignments. Experience working in a Construction Management for Fee, Owners Representative or Consultant QS role is highly desirable.
MUST have previous MEP Estimating experience.
You will have tertiary qualification in a relevant field (cost control, project management, project controls, quantity surveying, engineering, supply chain management, purchasing or real estate) and professional accreditation with an industry body (preferably the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Project Management Institute or local equivalent).
