Principal PM, Project 10

Job description          

7 years or more of relevant work experience in program management within a tech company or organizationAbility to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with a proven track-record of taking ownership and driving resultsDemonstrated ability to leverage technology and data to analyze, invent, and scaleExperience with agile or other program management methodologiesDemonstrated success with building relationships and teams, and earning trust with leaders at all levels
In Consumer Engagement (CE), we aspire to be the model of organizational excellence at Amazon. We call our pursuit of perfection, Project 10. This exciting and important role will own and lead our Project 10 (P10) program that serves over 2,000 employees globally. In this role you will own existing initiatives + design, deploy and scale entirely new ideas into repeatable mechanisms that drive organizational improvements and direct impact for our employees. You will leverage your program management and development skills (fail fast/fail forward, obsess about your customers, dive deep to draw hypotheses and conclusions from data and anecdotes) to drive meaningful change both within the organization and in the design of products and services developed for Amazon customers.
