Part-Time Teaching Position in an Early Learning Academic Environment Preschool-Grade 3

Job description          

This position can begin as soon as September 3rd, 2019 and continue into the new school year 2019-2020. We are a private, academics-based school from pre-school through grade 3. This position requires an individual who loves teaching early academic learning skills to young children ages 3-7. It would be great if you have a degree in Elementary Education and have experience in grades K-3rd grades.

Teachers need to be organized and willing to learn how to teach young children a higher level of academics. Groups are multi-age/multi-level. The teacher needs to have strong leadership qualities and a take-charge attitude. Our program's focus is basic learning such as alphabet letters, handwriting, phonics, spelling, reading, math, science, and monthly international themes, etc.

along with homework for studentsIt would be great to have knowledge in Foreign languages, especially Spanish and French and or have Dance, Music, Arts and other skills being a plus in this position Our School hours are from 8:30am-3:30 pm,Our school year is from September to June. Our school will open in September the day after Labor Day Keep in mind the Hourly rate is based on a very small private school, therefore monetarily we cannot offer what public schools or even larger privates schools.
