Your job as a Field Development Rep is to help new Distributors build a successful and sustainable business with Xyngular. This includes training Distributors on sales, network marketing, and entrepreneurship best practices, as well as advising them on their organizational performance, sales goals, rank achievement, and completion of requirements for incentives and programs.
You will also assist the Regional Sales Director in growing sales within your assigned region. This includes gathering insight and feedback from current Distributors; as well as providing Distributor organizational data and accomplishments to the Field Development team, Sales Managers, Directors, the CSO, and the Executive Management team as needed; and executing on the Sales Team's strategic plan to increase sales revenue via increased enrollments and retention.
The Field Development Representative must successfully conduct the following job functions:
Distributor Leadership Development
Build and maintain a professional, effective working relationship with Distributors.
Conduct and track regular one-on-one phone conversations with Distributors to review their progress toward their goals and provide training as needed.
Work with assigned Distributors to establish volume, rank and other business goals and set up an accountability process for each Distributor.
Proactively collaborate with Elite Services agents to help resolve business issues.
Collaborate with sales team and other departments to provide a high level of service to assigned Distributors.
Inform assigned leaders of new and existing sales and marketing initiatives, including promotions, incentives, travel qualification, etc.
Report key information to Sales Team and Executive Management
Gather and provide information and insight on Distributor growth and key performance indicators within assigned region.
Inform management of notable rank advancements or other accomplishments by assigned leaders.
Help promote and encourage attendance at all company events.
Travel, as requested by management, to staff and support company events.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to propose solutions and implementation strategies.
In-depth understanding of network marketing: compensation plans, sales systems, duplication models, etc.
In-depth understanding of sales: overcoming objections, closing, prospecting, etc.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, encourage and coach others to a high level of productivity.
Capacity to work with team members across multiple departments.
Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general computer skills.
Public speaking and on-stage presentation skills.
High degree of accountability, initiative, ownership of tasks, attention to detail, and discipline to follow through.
Must be capable of effectively managing several priorities simultaneously.
Prior network marketing sales and/or support experience preferred.
