This position is located within the Office of the Registrar (OTR). Candidates will provide support in a variety of tasks within the Office of the Registrar. May include such duties as the digital imaging of academic documents, including scanning, indexing, and verifying document data, opening and closing the office each day, communicating policies and procedures, assisting students with registration and schedule changes; certifying enrollments, course loads, degree progress, and degree conferrals with accuracy and confidentiality. This position is also responsible for processing the fulfillment of all academic transcript requests and issuing all other types of certifications to external entities.

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum one year clerical and/or customer service experience
One or more years of experience working in an enrollment, admissions, or registrar office at a higher education institution
Experience using a student information system (such as Banner/PeopleSoft), and document imaging system (such as OnBase/Kofax).
In office in SLC, UT location
Schedule 8:30-5:30 M-F
