JOB OVERVIEW:
The Sales Support Coordinator will facilitate business development activities, focused on new and incremental growth with existing and prospective clients. Collaborating with our marketing team, you will help to identify opportunities and support prospecting activities. You will also work in an office support capacity, completing administrative functions

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is required 1-3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant capacity. 1-3 years of experience in a Sales role is preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals. Display excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Must possess a high degree of professionalism including the ability to maintain confidentiality. Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be computer literate with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite of products or similar software applications. Must be highly organized, excellent attention to detail and capable of performing multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent time management skills and be capable of performing productively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. May require overtime work for certain times during the year or on an as needed basis. This position requires you to be able to reach a client’s location/P&N office in a timely manner and to be on site at client and/or P&N offices to perform job responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborates with team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth. Researches potential clients and sales leads. Compiles and organizes sales leads and aides in pre-qualifying potential leads. Reviews and evaluates proposal opportunities to determine applicability with services offered. Assists with compiling client proposals. Assists with tradeshow and conference planning. Prepares, formats and coordinates revisions to documents. Schedules follow-up meetings with sales leads and clients. Ensures marketing database is maintained with current information. Represents firm as needed at events. Ensures office space is maintained in a neat and professional manner. Greets clients, answers telephone and effectively communicates messages. Provides administrative support to office personnel (e.g. time entry, travel planning, billing). Coordinates with Corporate Marketing team to ensure consistency with firm guidelines Prioritizes and addresses requests and assignments in a professional manner to develop cooperative relationships and ensure customer confidentiality is assured. Other Duties:
Provides courteous and prompt service to all internal and external customers Identifies opportunities and recommends methods to improve service, work processes and financial performance, e.g. expense management. Assists in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Orients new co-workers and actively supports teamwork throughout the firm. Performs other services as required.
