With a home office in Bowling Green, Kentucky, H&C also has offices in Louisville, Elizabethtown and Lexington, Kentucky as well as Nashville, Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Columbia and Gallatin, Tennessee. SUMMARY When visitors walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The Front Desk Coordinator (FDC) is, many times, the first representative clients meet from the Firm. The FDC should represent the Firm professionally in both appearance and dress. The FDC should display a positive attitude and possess a strong work ethic. The FDC should also be able to communicate effectively, and treat all people who enter the office amiably and with respect. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Follow practices and procedures that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet the company standards, and serve the needs of our clients. This includes a commitment to a process of continuous improvement. Comply with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, the company’s attendance policy. Greet guests and maintain the lobby area Answer all incoming calls to the office and all rollover calls. Process all incoming mail and deliveries. Log in all insurance checks to Needles software and the Dashboard database Process outgoing office mail daily and handle UPS packages Assist in signing up new clients as directed by the Intake Department. Responsible for office petty cash and credit cards, as well as monthly reporting. Document all new sigh-up packets and distribute accordingly. Perform other duties within the employee’s training and skills as directed by Core Leader. LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No supervisory responsibilities EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work independently without regular direct supervision PHYSICAL DEMANDS, WORK ENVIRONMENT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
