JOB DESCRIPTION Location: Serves Clermont County, Forest Hills, and Mariemont School Districts At Child Focus, Inc., we recognize the importance of identifying and treating mental health issues as early as possible. The Education Liaison reports directly to the Chief Clinical Officer. Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with our existing and potential school partners to continually assess needs and provide responsive programming. The qualified Education Liaison candidate has excellent communication skills. He/she excels in customer service, networking and relationship building. The candidate can clearly present to small and large groups of stakeholders or community members. A successful Educational Liaison takes initiative, is self-motivated, passionate about improving the lives of young individuals and has demonstrated effective skills in working on multi-system teams. They are able to meet competing demands and manage a fast pace of work. Child Focus provides excellent benefits. JOB REQUIREMENTS Required: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional employment in mental health, education, and/or management is required. A foundational understanding of both the mental health and education systems is critical. Supervisory and leadership experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to learn, grow and adapt to challenges.
