It all begins with you. Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk. The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company. This is a strategic consulting within the Administration, Planning, and Logistics team within Wells Fargo Regulatory Relations. The Administration, Planning, and Logistics team enables the WFRR function to run effectively and efficiently, with consistent and transparent internal processes. This broadly includes strategic planning, initiative management, change management, logistics and administration, business systems management, confidential supervisory information (“CSI”) and regulatory program management. This role will provide significant support for implementing systems, tools, and templates representing the business users of WFRR and line of business group regulatory relations teams (GRR). This role reports to the Head of the Business Systems Management. This team/role will be responsible managing a number of key functions for the Regulatory Relations team including developing and managing systems and tools for use in WFRR and in certain cases, across the Enterprise as they relate to regulatory engagement management. Specific duties will include (but not limited to) Implement and maintain numerous systems and tools that are used in Wells Fargo Regulatory Relations and across the enterprise to manage, analyze, and report on that status of events throughout the regulatory engagement lifecycle. Significant interaction with Technology group and end user community (estimated at 2k-3k users). Will be named the system/tool owner as required. Significant interaction with multiple teams throughout the enterprise include Group Regulatory Relations functions within the Control Executive organizations, Issues Management, and Technology. Develop and document requirements, user stories, artifacts, and data dictionaries. Develop and maintain end user training and user documentation materials to assist team members with learning how to use the systems and tools appropriately and effectively. Change Management – Perform related change management activities across the Regulatory Relations team and help lead change management efforts that may impact the numerous Front Line and Enterprise Functions that are impacted by changes originating from Regulatory Relations technology efforts. Provides strategic advice, subject matter expertise, innovative solutions, and effective tools to Wells Fargo businesses to support WFRR and GRR teams. Frame complex business problems into distinct work streams that can be used to develop strategic options and ultimately develop recommendations for enterprise-wide WFFR business technology business specific capabilities to support the regulatory environment. Design and deliver complex, enterprise-wide projects by partnering, influencing and developing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and team members and leveraging firm-wide resources. Facilitate and lead meetings with key stakeholders and senior management Lead development of key deliverables and presentations for senior management to support the business technology environment by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing business and operational requirements from business partners and external sources, to create points of view and help determine future strategy As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of strategic planning experience

Other Desired Qualifications
Business analysis, project management, service delivery, or strategic process improvement Management consulting experience or Financial Service technology program or project management. 4 + years of experience utilizing analytical capabilities in one or a combination of the following: Enterprise wide programs/projects, change management, technology operation, system implementation, or technology business support 4+ years of experience in one or combination of the following: leading cross functional projects, strategy, large group functions, or directly managing people.
