HR Coordinator

Job description          

The HR Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting and providing support to the Human Resources Department and Recruiting Manager. This position is classified as non-exempt from applicable wage and hour laws. Following is a list of certain minimum required duties, responsibilities and qualifications associated with the position, subject to applicable law. This list is not all inclusive and may be amended or supplemented as business needs dictate. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains accurate records and reports for entire recruitment process and stats Collaborates with Recruiting Manager to assist with recruiting efforts Prepares and processes new hire paperwork and New Hire Orientation Communicates and follows up with new hires and Management throughout boarding process at all dealership locations Schedules background checks and drug screenings Maintains confidentiality of customer's information at all times Assists with ongoing HR projects when required
Job Qualifications: Subject to applicable law, individuals employed in this position must demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies. Individuals employed in this position must have proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant HR/administrative position Individuals employed in this position must possess ability to handle data with confidentiality Individuals employed in this position must have excellent organizational skills and must be able to multi-task Individuals employed in this position must demonstrate sufficient computer literacy; have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Individuals employed in this position must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrates ability to work with diverse people groups Individuals employed in this position must be able to establish rapport and build relationships with new hires and hiring managers Individuals employed in this position must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and management Individuals employed in this position must possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
