Accountable for Purchase to Pay policies and process across Region Americas; processes will be in-line with SaaS models and must address simplicity, standardization and scalability.Lead cross functional teams to implement system strategies and best practices in RNA and RSA
Advance P2P Procurement by implementing tools, processes and training to drive continuous improvement and employee growth Design & Implementl Strategies; Develop and roll out process documents; lead change management within Region Americas Procurement driving sustainable results
Review Sourceable spend and determine best Procurement Method to drive automation and continuous process improvement; focusing on Lean initiatives within Procurement Center-
Manage process harmonisation & integration within operating segment §Analyse process performance based on KPIs drive KPI improvement improving Procurement Maturity Roadmap
Governance of operating segment shared service center (audit process and ensure compliance)
Catalogue Mgmt. – Define P2P Strategy for $600MM Sourceable spend in implementing catalogues and automation (incl. Strategy, training, process documentation) Lead the roll out of the Supplier Portal and e-invoicing solutions. Be the driving force behind Supplier compliance for this system.

2nd level support on process & tool questions for tactical buyers in hub & 1st level support for strategic buyers Manage system integration to local systems, e.g. ERP
Testing and Test preparation of systems (UAT, Regression tests)

Projects:
Initiate & steer projects -Execute against project plan using Agile methodologies, which includes schedules, milestones, project scopeing and deliverable/responsibility matrices.§Develop & communicate change management strategy § Training/ Reports/ Policies:
Ensure governance of policies across region
Provide P2P training within Region; leverage training software and creative roll out stratigies.

People:
Ensure alignment and proper communication with all PCs

Process Costs Qualifications Proven expierence in Procure to Pay (P2P) end to end processes such as PO management, accounts payable, vendor master data management, catalogs, purchasing card, and guided buying Capability to implement sustainable Procurement standards in close relationship with the Regional and Local Procurement Teams.
echnical expertise in procurement relevant IS tools and system solutions supporting and integrating Purchase to Pay sub-process area- Proficient in ERP technology. SAP and Coupa experience preferred
Strong Project management skills including oversight of project team, resource identification, budgets, scheduling and planning
Experience in procurement, sourcing, or logistics
Proven project management experience
Required education Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
Required qualifications Minimum 10 years experience in business process governance
Other qualifications Certified Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus
