People Operations Generalist

Things You'll Do

You'll help manage the day to day operations of the people department. This includes handling the administration of policies, procedures and programs. In addition, you'll help strategize on training, onboarding and employee relations best practices.

Strategic Partnering

Become an expert at benefits & training for open enrollment Update and ensure accuracy with employee files and records Recommend and implement new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements and efficiencies Oversee safety initiatives in Charlotte (this includes working closely with the team at corporate to ensure alignment) Support internal communication & events People Management

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise Investigating complaints and partnering with leadership team to resolve issues promptly Implement HR programs to help improve the employee experience Oversee internal recognition for the Charlotte Distribution Center Organize team building activities, competitions, amenities and perks that will improve employee experience Important Notice: This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that a team member in this position may be asked to perform. I Have

1-2 years' experience in a human resource related field Experience handling administrative duties Strong interpersonal skills The ability to use resources information systems software I Can
