This position is part of a dedicated team of professionals who serve as the front line for Trillium by directly interfacing with members, family members, providers, and other stakeholders. The Member Engagement Specialist is an integral part of the organization, making outbound telephone calls to members, family members, providers, and other stakeholders. This position will engage with the public and link people to services/supports provided through the organization and/or the provider network. This crucial role helps to guide members on a path toward recovery and wellness that helps to improve health outcomes.

Education: Graduation from High School/GED
Experience: Minimum of one year work experience in customer service, prefer experience in mental health, substance use and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities , or equivalent combination of higher education or higher education/experience Peer Support Specialist certificate preferred Lived experience as a person or family member of a person with mental health, substance use, intellectual/developmental disability or traumatic brain injury preferred
Must have valid driver’s license
This position will remain open until 08-20-19.
