Billing & Payroll Coordinator

Job description          

Purpose: The purpose of the Billing & Payroll Coordinator is to assist in carrying out all aspects related to the billing and payroll functions required by the division.

Provide billing and payroll support. Create daily instructor activity sign-out sheets. Input daily activity information into billing database. Create and import daily member billing files. Manage the allocation of applicable service fees. Perform audits of financial spreadsheets and payroll data to ensure 100% accuracy. Management of corporate credit cards. Invoice and receipt coding. Receive, document and monitor inventory. Receive and track cash payments. Other Duties and Responsibilities
File organization and management. Assist with on boarding and off boarding seasonal staff. Data input and management. Follow established processes and procedures. Perform all job duties with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent problem solving skills, ability to work well under pressure and a strong desire to learn. All other duties as assigned. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position. Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude. Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times. Maintain privacy of our Members at all time. Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times. Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors. Perform work in a safe and high quality manner. Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times. Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands. Enthusiasm for the outdoors. Undergraduate degree or 2-4 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience/Education Preferred
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. 2-4 years of work experience in an Accounting, Finance or Administrative role. INDFOH
