WE ARE LOOKING FOR
onX is looking for an Office Coordinator to contribute to our company culture in our Missoula, Montana office. The Office Coordinator is an extension of the Employee Experience Team and will be responsible for smooth and efficient daily operation of our office activities. The ideal candidate for this role will offer best-in-class service, handle all requests with a can-do attitude, and prioritize all requests based on business needs. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have a knack for solving problems and anticipating needs.
LOCATION: Missoula, MT
Planning, coordination and 'hands-on' implementation of company events
Coordination of team member travel for continuing education, sales trips, and trade shows
Coordinate with Recruiting the facilitation of onsite interviews
Coordinate the use of company vehicles
Coordinate vehicle maintenance activities- registration, oil changes, detailing, filing claims as necessary
Planning and coordination of office space to maintain pace with the company growth
Coordinate and serve as the key contact for contractors and maintenance providers
Maintain the key box and tradeshow/event gear checkout (maintaining the calendars, checking out and checking in the keys and gear)
Program manage Save-a-Space program
Coordinate onX embroidery program
Deliver mail for Stephens Building
Monitor building thermostats
Back up safety program facilitator
Maintain the common areas of the buildings, daily running of the dishwashers and emptying their contents, emptying kitchen and restroom garbage as needed, replace toilet paper, paper towels and tissues in the bathrooms as needed, replace paper towels in the sink areas as needed, etc.
Order, stock and maintain office supplies, kitchen supplies, restroom supplies, and general building supplies in a cost-effective manner
Other projects and/or duties as assigned or required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Two (2) year of full-time experience of office and/or administrative support experience
Valid driver's license
Detail-oriented, highly organized self-starter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to balance multiple priorities and develop solutions as challenges arise
Maintains a positive, helpful, attitude and working relationship with all onX team members, visitors, and customers
Passion for continuously working to improve and streamline processes and procedures.
Professional and extremely personable with strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent follow-through.
