WE ARE LOOKING FOR
onX is seeking an energetic, empathetic, and attentive Customer Success Technician with a passion for delivering transformational customer support to a diverse community of users equally as passionate about our products. As an onX Customer Success Technician, you will be responsible for providing proactive and detail-oriented support to onX customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat and face to face interactions. Your written and verbal communication skills are advanced. You are tech-savvy and your ability to educate and interact with people from all walks of life with varying technical abilities is exceptional.
You will be resourceful in uncovering customer-facing issues and identifying creative solutions, all while leveraging the technologies at your disposal. We are seeking a professional who is adaptable to evolving products, tools, and services and flexible in working in a fast-paced environment. You will be joining a fun and dedicated team with a work-hard, play-hard mentality focused on supporting each other and constantly growing product knowledge and expertise. This position will report to the Customer Success Manager.
LOCATION: Missoula, MT
(Essential Job Duties)
Serve as the main point of contact for onX customers via phone, email or live chat
Quickly becoming an expert in the onX product suite, you will advise customers regarding the product's proper use and best practices
Solve complex customer issues by using the toolset provided
Play a vital role in product development by documenting and sharing of end-users suggestions and issues
Promote the onX brand by turning customers into loyal onX customers
Maintain a high satisfaction rating while always acting in the customer's best interest
As our product’s toughest critics, we advocate for comprehensive solutions to customer-facing problems
Upselling our product when beneficial to the customer; incentive pay eligible
Potential to represent onX at community events and industry trade shows
Off-site product testing

1-3 years in a customer service related position
Ability to have a flexible schedule during hunting seasons
Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to be the customer’s advocate
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
onX product knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Call center experience
Passion for the outdoors
Experience working with customer service software
Organized, detail-oriented, and a multi-tasker
Motivated and positive attitude
