Job Specifications (Qualifications)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate or vocational training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be mechanically inclined.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Must be able to perform basic math computations at 8th grade level.
Experience or knowledge of the following software: MS Excel, MS Word and company computer based program.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid Driver’s License

Ability to work varied number of hours per week on a rotating basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for maintenance of the entire building, including outside and parking lot and preventive maintenance schedules.
2. Responsible for stocking, cleaning and maintaining the liquor store.
3. Insures that all projects are completed on time and according to the necessary specifications.
4. Works closely with any craftsmen called in to perform work.
5. Works closely with Lounge Manager.
6. Maintains a flexible work schedule to cover emergencies.
7. Aids in new construction projects and remodeling as may be needed.
8. Responsible for complete and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance.
9. Responsible, on occasion, for selling liquor and balancing till at the end of shift.
1. Any other duties as assigned by Lounge Manager.
