Center Call Representative

Job description          

We are currently looking for an experienced Call Center Representative to contribute to our company. The Call Center Representative will need to be flexible in order to handle multiple tasks in the position. If you are an outgoing and productive individual looking to become an integral part of the team within a fast paced company, this may be the position for you!

Duties of the Call Center Representative include but are not limited to:

- Making a high volume of outbound phone calls to clients/customers - Taking a large amount of inbound phone calls from patrons/consumers - Logging call details on proprietary systems - Reporting data to Call Center Supervisors Requirements of the position:
- Previous Customer Service experience - Excellent communication skills - Driven personality - Comfortable in a high volume work environment - Basic computer skills
