Engagement Project Manager-Integ HR - Comp/HRIS/Talent

Job description          

We are looking for a highly motivated Engagement Project Manager to assist in driving culture, a culture engagement. This individual must be self-motivated, have a strong desire to succeed, and be very people focused. The Project Manager will have a pivotal role in executing MaineHealth’s Care Team vision of engagement and strategy. The Project Manager will work closely with the Human Resource Leadership Team as well as respective leaders within the MaineHealth System. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving care team engagement. The goal of the position is to assist HR Leadership and Leadership across the MaineHealth System to develop a culture of engagement and in working with content experts to assist leaders in developing critical management skills that drive a culture of engagement. The successful candidate will have the ability to establish and cultivate relationships. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with members of the HR Council, Local Health System Leadership Teams, Local Health System Engagement Councils, Engagement Consultant, and OD and Training Responsibilities: Partner with the local team to cultivate our culture, implementing strategies and programs to create a strong sense of identity, connection, shared purpose, drive, and collaboration to achieve our mission. Partner with HR Council and OD & Training in the Engagement Training Programs. Assist in the roll out of the Engagement Survey and reporting results. Assist in the development and execution plans for Engagement Survey results for Care Team Members and Providers. Be an active participant in all associated steering committee meetings related to engagement and leadership development. Measure engagement efforts through formal and informal surveys as it relates to our care team engagement, as well as our ability to recruit and retain talent. Serve as point of contact for all proactive and reactive opportunities to advance a culture of engagement. Ensure projects/initiatives are executed on-time and within budget, employing a high degree of diplomacy, collaboration, and influence as needed to drive results. Be hands-on and ready to step in to make sure key activities and programs get done. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required 3-5 years of experience working in human resources, non-profits, or related fields Experience with managing up and down and influencing others Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong Computer Literacy as it relates to data and reports Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Decision making, problem solving, and creative thinking skills Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated and also to work in teams Passion for driving a culture of engagement.
