We are searching for an experienced Global Pricing Manager at our Newburyport, MA facility.
Reporting to the Director, Global Sales Operations and Customer Service, the Global Pricing Manager will aid maximum revenue/profit generation by ensuring accurate and optimized product and pricing information and quote decision making for sales, marketing, supplier and customer use. The Pricing Manager will ensure everything Rochester Electronics sells is accurate and visible to the market, supporting the supplier development managers in driving supplier business objectives with an emphasis on accuracy of data to sales, channel partners and digital platforms. They will own the data for pricing and product attributes, and they will liaison with IT, Marketing and other departments to ensure that data sources and data feeds are fully functional, at all times, for all captured and shared information.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
Ensure sellable content is listed and marketed to maximum effect, at all times, in all areas.
Maintain accurate and up to date pricing and product data in ERP system and other databases. This includes pricing and product attribute information, provided by suppliers, inventory/warehouse documentation and industry available sources.
Ownership of all pricing and product attributes across all platforms and listing services globally, ensuring consistency, continuity and compliance with supplier agreements.
Respond to competitive or volume price requests for all sales staff globally, analyzing data and making pricing recommendations and approvals, displaying a nimble approach with strongest acumen and ensuring compliance with supplier agreements.
Develop, enhance and maintain quoting and channel partner tools to ensure these tools have the necessary features and functionality required for effective sales, marketing & supplier efforts.
Initiate Implement and Measure product/pricing/marketing/supplier programs across all global sales channels to maximize profitable revenue, a strong focus on e-commerce - direct and 3rd party.
Consistently review product data to ensure customer facing applications and 3rd party data feeds have visibility to accurate product attributes, lead-time and pricing.
Ensure pricing is optimized to maximize profit given product value to the customer, continually driving the Supplier Team for aggressive and progressive price and product promotion updates/content.
A leadership (global super user role) in defining, leading and implementing processes and tools (quote tool, CPQ, material master) to continuously improve Rochester Electronics ability to market and sell product to achieve revenue targets and supplier business goals.

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum 5 years’ experience within a similar role in a dynamic, fast paced semiconductor environment
Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Fully versant in Excel including V-Look Ups & Pivot Tables is an essential requirement)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
