eBanking Specialist

The eBanking Specialist role is to manage customer online banking activities. Responsible for assisting customers with online enrollment and account maintenance functions. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish day to day goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enrolling customers in electronic banking services.
• Assisting the Cash Management department as needed in the process of enrolling commercial customers in electronic banking services. •
Provides knowledge of electronic banking services to Retail/Lending staff members as needed.
• Always keeps bank and customer records confidential.
• Proficient working knowledge of all electronic banking services.
• Conducts in-service programs on electronic banking services to bank employees as need.
• Meets daily/weekly deadlines as required by electronic banking products.
• Answers customer questions when necessary, recognizing any opportunity to refer other bank services.
• Stays abreast of changes/enhancements/upgrades of electronic banking services.
• Keeps accurate records in accordance with PB established standards.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
• Works under direct supervision of VP of Deposit Operations

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, scanners/fax devices, phones, and copiers . The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Basic Qualifications • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Minimum of 2 years retail banking experience.
