Administers compliance activities per corporate policies and procedures, including systems for addressing alleged violations of the compliance program. Drives strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at increased levels of compliance for specific compliance initiatives. Facilitates internal and third party compliance audits. Builds new reporting to detect non-compliance to established M&P's. Completes in-depth analysis of compliance results. Establishes and improves processes. Troubleshoots moderately complex to complex problems and recommends a course of action. May work on various tasks required for project completion. May identify issues and recommend solutions on team projects.
IT Compliance and Risk Management team is the audit and governance arm for Sprint’s compliance to all Federal and State Do Not Contact (DNC) regulatory requirements and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). In addition, Information Technology (IT) Compliance monitors and audits IT’s SOX, HIPPA, CPNI, PII, Security Risk Assessments (SRA), Corporate Audit Services (CAS) issues and National Security Agreement (NSA) responsibilities. This position will specifically support DNC requirements and compliance along with other cyber security initiatives within IT Compliance working closely with Corporate Security (CorpSec) and Information Technology teams.

Independent worker with the ability to manage multiple tasks and strict deadlines.
Able to work with technical and management personnel on a variety of cyber security related efforts.
Basic understanding of metrics and data analysis
Presentation development and a desire to interface with Sprint executives on a regular basis.
Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to project manage small efforts
Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
Three years of experience in fraud, investigations, telecommunications customer service or payments/collections, audit or compliance
One or more of the following: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), or an IAPP certification such as (CIPP)
Five years experience with cyber security, intelligence, or public/private sector security organization
Previous experience with Do Not Contact programs or Marketing opt in/out initiatives
Previous experience in partnering with IT, Legal, Sales and Marketing cross functional efforts
Able to partner with IT personnel on medium to complex technical concepts
