Work You'll Do
A Manager at Deloitte will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify & design creative business solutions for clients. Key responsibilities will include:
Manage teams that deliver large, complex client solutionsFormulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategiesDevelop statements of work and/or client proposalsExperience with program leadership, governance and change enablementDevelop and manage vendor relationshipsManage resources and budget on client projectsAssist and drive the team by providing oversight
6+ years of experience with management consulting in operations improvement, transformation, merger and integration, or business process reengineeringExperience in financial analysis and working with data inputs from multiple sourcesExperience with developing models using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visual Basic, or other tools (Tableau)Experience with working with senior executives to develop, define and execute cost reduction strategies with Fortune 500 companiesExperience in delivering global, organizational cost improvement / transformation strategiesPossession of ability to influence others and lead teamA minimum of six years experience working in or consulting to Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Products and/or Construction clientsSix years corporate and business unit strategy, helping clients with their growthUnderstanding of buying process and helping clients grow product lines.Bachelor's DegreeAbility to travel 80-100%Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.Marketing strategy, pricing strategy experienceWillingness to mentor junior staff.An advanced degree is preferredExperience and understanding with robotic process automation, including vendors such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.Familiarity with information technologies and platforms: such as legacy ERP, cloud software services, and customer services applications.Experience with analytics to evaluate and optimize business processes
