HRIS Data Integrity Coordinator

Job description          

Overview The Data Integrity Coordinator is a critical support resource within the UnityPoint HRIS Shared Services team assisting in the maintenance and auditing of 30,000+ employees’ records within the Infor (Lawson system). The Data Integrity Coordinator is the gatekeeper for processes, approvals,and data including position code maintenance, terminations, hires/rehires, transfers and other general updates to employee work assignment records. The Data Integrity Coordinator is responsible for supporting troubleshooting needs of employee records and training HR staff on proper employee record change processes. This role is a fantastic entry point into HRIS and/or HR Operations for anyone with a process or analytical mindset with logical career paths into elevated HRIS roles or specialized Centers of Excellence teams. Responsibilities Demonstrate knowledge of hiring, employment, benefits and human resource policies/procedures. Enter payroll changes, transfers, status changes, terminations and new hires Approve transfers, status changes, terminations, and new hires submitted electronically through the HRIS system Process birthday and Social Security number corrections and address changes Set-up benefit plans based on employment status Provide customer service to employees, Human Resources Business Partners, and management in regards to benefit/payroll guidelines and service level commitments Act in a professional, supportive and caring manner to internal and external staff and clients Maintain regular and consistent attendance at work Maintain compliance with Personnel policies and procedures Behave in a manner consistent with all Corporate Compliance policies and procedures Completes special projects as assigned Perform other duties as requested by Human Resources and Payroll staff to facilitate the smooth and effective operations of the office Qualifications Minimum of two years of office environment experience; preferably in the area of HR and/or benefits processing. Excellent customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of general computer system applications and experience with Microsoft Office software applications (i.e. Word, Excel) Ability to work as a team member. Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures. High school diploma
