Regional Sales Manager, West Coast Corporate Accounts
Managing and educating key (corporate) accounts in order to maximize professional skin care treatments and sell-thru opportunities for PCA skin. The Regional Manager supports all Sales and Training Business Consultants in the West Coast territory of brick and mortar locations through the process of growing and developing our partnerships.
Participate in defining strategic sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for the region that supports strategic objectives.
Report regional sales information and recommendations for strategic planning.
Prepare and present regional sales action plans to executive management.
Participate in setting and implementing quality and customer service standards.
Resolve regional team and customer issues.
Identify and communicate sales trends to executive management. Participate in turning trends into positive sales outcomes through strategic planning.
Determine regional sales system improvements and manage changes.
Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Build and maintain trusting relationships with spa manager, front desk administration, estheticians, massage therapist and all other supporting staff.
Lead and deliver outstanding education experiences and prepare staff with PCA Skin product knowledge.
Responsible for managing territory of monthly account visits on an appropriate call cycle based upon tiers and geography to support and maintain coverage plan and optimize business results.
Work with teams to execute the promotional calendar with appropriate corporate personnel.
Leads all merchandising initiatives and maintains merchandising guidelines and corporate standards.
Collaborate with leadership and other key stakeholders to propose, decide and implement plans for corporate customers.
Record, monitor and report on activity with identified corporate practices.
Work with team to track account and sales activities, account visits, current business conditions, trends and competitive information through CRM.
Works with marketing team to maintain consistent sales support materials.
Resolve customer issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; and working with management.
The Fine Print:
5 plus (5 +years) marketplace knowledge of aesthetic, medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Demonstrated experience defining the structure of a sales organization and leading the team to achieve results
Experience with systems that support tracking sales data and CRM required.
Proven analytic skills with market analysis and market intelligence. Ability to integrate and apply complex figures, data and information into potential sales models.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
