Business Development Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES Drive quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets for a defined territory Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling, scheduling appointments and building relationships Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building short-term and long-term sales pipeline Cross-functional sales and implementation of new accounts through coordination with multiple internal teams Utilize CRM software daily to track sales calls and sales funnel
Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS Strong organizational and time management Excellent written and verbal communication Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment Focused and possess sales mindset Driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to work in undefined situations Previous hospitality experience is a plus Experience in early-stage startup environments is an advantage Drivers License required.
