Operations Coordinator - Foundation (PRN)

Job description          

Coordinates all Foundation office management functions and day-to-day operations. Inputs data and prepares reports using the Foundation’s fundraising management software. Answers incoming calls and greets visitors. Coordinates and provides administrative support for Foundation staff, performing administrative, operational, and secretarial functions including the preparation of mailings, invitations, marketing materials, proposals, board packets and other correspondence, maintenance of office calendar, filing, receiving/distributing mail and office correspondence, etc. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED N/A DESCRIBE THE SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL AND SKILL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION The position requires strong communication, organization and office management skills, excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite and database exposure) as usually acquired through the completion of high school studies, followed by some college or vocational training. Excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment and self-discipline are essential. A minimum of three years office experience is preferred.
