Position Summary The CWDSA Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the program coordination, procurement processes, and providing quality customer service to students, families, and stakeholders. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and assistance to students, families, counselors, and others who contact CWDSA via telephone, email, or in person;
Data entry of incoming documents;
Document imaging and electronic filing;
Process incoming and outgoing mail;
Assist with special projects when needed;
Train and support other employees or student workers when needed;
Staff the front desk;
Maintain and track budget through Banner query and communication with campus offices and vendors;
Maintain spreadsheet and prepare reports on financial activities and status;
Interact with vendors and other UA Little Rock departments to answer questions and resolve account and billing discrepancies;
Ensure accurate codes and charges for all encumbrances and disbursements;
Process paperwork/online forms for purchase of goods and services and payroll in a timely manner;
Establish and maintain organized file system;
Maintain student data;
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education and/or Experience The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree; plus two (2) years of experience in program administration or related area.
Preferred Education and/or Experience Experience working with a diverse population. Previous experience working with college students. Strong understanding of navigating policies and procedures procurement, vendors, and other financial tasks (including Banner).
