NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama (US-AL), United States (US).
Additional duties may include:
Create and Update business requirementsReview and validate requirements deliverablesCreate and Update Business ProcessesLead business process analysis and reengineer processes for multiple business areasAssist with administration of Requirements Management toolFacilitate requirement definition for various program areasConfigure, administer and develop automated workflow toolsIdentify and resolve risks and issues impacting the progress and outcome of the projectLead triage efforts of system, software, or data issues and coordinates remediation effortsValidate that all report metrics have been implemented and satisfy the project requirementsAssist in leading the implementation and associated changes within their business areaReview and comment on deliverables per project schedulesCreate business artifacts, business flows, and requirements mapping as neededContribute to the project’s overall understanding of Alabama business and technical requirements for multiple program areasCollaborate with other project areas to provide subject matter expertise and assistance as applicablePerform periodic assessment activities with focus on requirements traceability and testingAttend project and status meetingsCollaborate with other team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance as applicableEnsure that all project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable

Bachelor’s degree or 9 years equivalent work experience3 – 5 years of experience as a business analyst3 – 4 years of experience on Medicaid or Major Health Care Payer projects2 – 4 years of experience with requirementsExpertise with either base MMIS, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Member Communications, Program Integrity and / or Provider Management functional areas2 – 3 years of experience with Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit and CMS procurement requirements2 – 3 years of experience with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) 3.0 including the maturity matrix and the Seven Conditions and StandardsWorking knowledge of Medicaid Transformation InitiativeExperience in process definition, engineering and implementation
Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience conducting meetings and making presentationsStrong problem-solving and customer service skillsTeam player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible “can-do” attitude, and a results-driven commitment to successExcels at using quantitative data to drive recommendations and decisionsAbility to manage vendors and third parties effectively driving to meet commitments and milestonesKnowledge of CMS Certification process and requirementsKnowledge of industry standards, PMI, CMMI, NIST, and IEEEAbility to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systemsKnowledge and experience in Lean/Six Sigma process improvement methods
